运行runMon.bat 浏览器自动打开http://127.0.0.1:8989/ncc/web/index.html 是空白的。版本是最新的0.6.74 java也是最新的64位系统也是64位，运行runMon.bat 时出现“警告 unable to load NCC configuration : java.io.filenotfoundexception: c:usersxxxnemnccncc.cfg(系统找不到指定的文件。)
