三、ETC难度诅咒兜底方案共识：
由于etc的代码中包含了严重问题，指数级增加难度系数，会导致etc在不久的将来无法出块，进而直接死亡。为了确保这个悲剧不会发生，我们做出如下避险决定：
Because there’s a severe problem in ETC’s codes that adds up difficulty exponentially, which will cause ETC can’t create new blocks and die in the near future, to ensure this tragedy will not happen, we made the following salvage decision:
如果etc到第4000000个区块时，社区没有就硬分叉达成更好的解决方案，我们将共同切换到这样一个分叉链：从第4000000个区块开始，取消额外增加的难度。
If by block 4000000, the ETC society doesn’t have a better solution, we will switch to such a fork chain: cancel the additional difficulty from block 4000000.
换言之，如果在第4000000个区块之前，我们认同了其它的方案，我们就自动放弃这个方案。这是一个兜底方案。
In other words, if we accept other plans before block 4000000, we will automatically abandon this plan. This is a fallback choice.
